To the fullest extent permitted by German law, Wasteer GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
